JPJ improvements

Instead of moving onto the next tutorial, I decided to go back and clean up what I'd currently done. I had to rearrange a lot of vertices to reduce bumps and repair the mouth. It still isn't perfect, but I'm much happier with the changes I have made and I'm now prepared to continue with the following tutorials.
