The canon: A judgement of superiority and relevance among forms of art. 

DWEM: (Dead White European Males) Figures in history whose talents and originality are exaggerated due to their gender and culture dominance at the time.

Phallocentrism: An ideology that the male sexual organ holds a superiority in society, and that masculinity determines true power with males' needs and desires being regularly prioritized.

Eurocentrism: When something is centered around European culture and expectations, prioritizing its importance above other world cultures.

Postcolonialism: A study that focuses on the legacy and effects of cultures that have previously been controlled and economically exploited throughout history by European nations.

Multiculturalism: A society consisting of a broad range of cultures and ethnic groups.

Feminism: An aim to reach and achieve full equality of the sexes, with the purpose to allow the same rights and opportunities for every individual in society.
